WARRANTY RETURNS

Please contact us to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Once an email is received with a RGA number, please include a copy of the email in your return. We are not responsible for return freight costs. All freight must be pre-paid, no collect shipments accepted. Refunds will be evaluated/processed within 3 days of returned good and will post to buyers account within 7-10 days.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS (30 DAY LIMIT FROM PURCHASE DATE)

Only items purchased direct from us can be returned for non-warranty credit within 30 days of original purchase. For all other returns, please contact your place of original purchase. Hardware, skewers and mechanical devices are subject to wear and over-tightening therefore are limited to a 2-year warranty. Refunds will be evaluated/processed within 3 days of returned good and will post to buyers account within 7-10 days.

A $15 fee will be assessed against your return credit for items returned "used". This includes and normal wear from mounting the FATDAPTER to your rack or bicycle. Please only indicate items as "unopened" if they have never been mounted.
